Dairy + Grain

What is the Easiest Way to Avoid a Dairy + Grain Combination?

…Pick a day! Dairy or Grain?

For these results, you do NOT have an intolerance to these categories independently, but rather you have an intolerance to the combination of them. When consumed far apart, your body will process perfectly fine.

Each person has a different separation time, between 4 and 8 hours. Avoid eating these foods within your separation time, and your body will thank you.

To keep it easy, separate by meal - have some toast for breakfast, and wait for some charcuterie and raw grass fed cheeses for the evening. Even easier, separate by day. Eat all the dairy you want on Monday, avoiding grain completely. Tuesday, have a dairy free day with grain as your best friend.

*Obviously, moderation is always our friend. As a basic rule for health - don’t go overboard in any one food category!
