Potato + Grain

What is the Easiest Way to Avoid a Potato + Grain Combination?

…Pick a day! Potatoes today, grains tomorrow.

For these results, you do NOT have an intolerance to these categories independently, but rather you have an intolerance to the combination of them. When consumed far apart, your body will process perfectly fine. But gone are the days of a burger (with a proper bun) and fries.

Each person has a different separation time, between 4 and 8 hours. Avoid eating these foods within your separation time, and your body will thank you.

To keep it easy, separate by meal - have some toast for breakfast, and save roasted potatoes for dinner. Even easier, separate by day. Eat all the sprouted, organic bread and quinoa you want on Monday, avoiding potatoes completely. Tuesday, have a grain free day with all the potatoes galore.

*Side note, we are not suggesting to overindulge in starches as they still breakdown into simple sugars in the body. Everything in moderation.
